1. You email me at catterfly.creations@gmail.com with a description of the mosaic you're interested in commissioning.
2. I respond within 1-2 days with any follow up questions. Once clear on your vision, I will send 1-3 design sketches with price and timeline estimations.
3. You'll choose the one you like the most and request any final adjustments.
4. A 50% deposit is required before the mosaic process begins.
5. If desired, I will send periodic updates as the mosaic comes together! (Note: Any design changes not previously discussed will incur an extra fee.)
6. When the mosaic is ready, I will pack it carefully and ship it to its new home!

This depends on the volume of custom orders being worked on and the size and complexity of the mosaic ordered.

Cost of materials + shipping/handling + total time spent.

For example: A 16 x 16 inch mosaic that takes ~$40 in materials and 30 hours to complete (at a rate of $20 an hour) would cost $640 (not including shipping/handling).
